Journey to a Seeing Eye dog

I stayed up late last night, and then didn't sleep too well, but considering that, don't feel too bad. Ended up waking up at 5, had park feed water at 5:30, she did both. Then got ready for the day. Breakfast was a sausage egg and cheese english muffin, I almost typed McMuffin, cantaloupe, and coke. Everyone who reads this is going to think all the Seeing Eye has to drink is coke, but I promise they have other things. Then we loaded up and headed to the DTC. We were the second team out again working a double with Jeff and Bella. Things went really well on our trip and tomorrow is our solo. I am not at all worried about the solo. Then we waited for everyone else to finish since its the weekend and there aren't any IA's instructor assistants to drive shuttles, and headed back to the house. We then had water park, she peed. Then pretty much free time til lunch which was vegetable soup? not anything like any veggie soup I've had but still amazing, a turkey wrap, chips, and coke. Then park time, she peed again. Then we went over equipment we might wanna order, I got a nylon collar, a zoom groom, bowls, an extra tiedown so I can keep one at my place and one at Derek's, and I forget what else, oh an audible beacon, which I mostly got for the absolutely adorable noises it makes. Then I had about an hour or so of down time. Then we did obedience, so sit, heel, come, sit, down, sit, rest. Then we used the clicker to target my door which she did extremely well at. I also found out her birthday is 10/24/2019, so she's 2 years and 9 months as of tomorrow, which honestly makes things easier because she's at that sweet spot. She's also 22.5 inches tall and 55 LBs. Then we came back and I took a bath, and then went downstairs and groomed her. Then it was time for feed water park, she peed. Then dinner was burban chicken which was amazing, I had 2 helpings, rice, green beans, and coke. Then I just had some down time, I got an ice pack for my foot because the joint connecting my right big toe to my foot is sore. Then it was time for water park, she did both, and now I'm headed to read and rest. Tomorrow is the South Street Solo.
