I slept well though I did go to bed a bit late, and woke up at 4:44. Got ready, had feed water park, she peed. Listened to music. Breakfast was oatmeal, toast, and orange juice for me. At 8 we loaded up and went to Drew University to work around squirrels. She did really great. We did have some distractions, but once she knew I meant business she did great. We have some fun things planned over the next few days including a trip to a Jersey store, finding an empty seat, tap tap, a trip to work on busy intersections, and more. In less than 72 hours I'll be on the flight home already. Its so hard to believe. We just did obedience with JT, and got some tips of making her down when she's being stubbern. Then we talked more about the Colfax and Josephine area with the chase and subway so I think I have some good tips to hopefully not get as lost there, we'll see. I'm super stoked about this afternoon because we get to have our exit interview, then do the empty seat protocol with Lukas Frank, and then we're going to the Jersey store. They dont' always do the empty chair protocol with students, and I'm the first they've done tap tap with in class though they are teaching it to dogs in training, but because I'm super interested in dog training and teaching her new things we're doing these things. Had water park, and she peed. Now just have some free time until lunch time. Lunch was a turkey berger, fries, fruit, and coke. Then we had our exit interview which went well and I was able to find out that they were able to fix Garbo's problem and she is still working, and Lindy went back to her puppy raisers. After that we got to teach Ellie to find empty seats. Then we went down to Just Jersey where I got a gift for a friend, and then JT treated me to Swiss Chalet, where I got a chocolate chip cookie and a coke. Then we came back and have a little free time until we meet Victoria Ellie's first trainer at 4. We met Victoria and Ellie was super excited to see her but when the harness went back on she was all business. Then we had feed water park, and she peed. Dinner was chicken with gravy, zukini, rice, rolls, and coke. Now we're going to have the going home lecture for the newbies which I'm going to go to because having reminders is always a good thing. Then we'll have water park, and bedtime. Tomorrow will be another busy day including bus and train I think, therapy, a metting with Gary the IT guy, vet visit, and tap tap.
